Background:
The Little Outfit Ranch has been the site of numerous creative projects over several decades. As a result it is cluttered with tools and materials, some are quite valuable. In an effort to tidy up, we are selling off an incredibly wide variety of items, in a yard sale format, at 10:00 am on Saturday February 7. The items are scattered about a large compound, it is going to be a bit chaotic. The following is a guide to help you get the most out of the sale. For questions or to pre-register, text your full name to Zay Hartigan at 520-604-0200
If you do not pre register you are not guaranteed stickers as there is no telling how many people will show up.
Gate opens at 10:00 AM. When you arrive register and log in to the wifi. You will need it to be alerted if you are not in a zone when an item you have stickered is about to be auctioned. Drive time from Patagonia 35 minutes, from Sonoita 40 minutes. Bring cash, buckets/crates for small items like fittings/parts, and a good pen or sharpie marker. If you do not have enough cash for all your purchases you can arrange to come back at a later date for them. A notepad is advisable, as is lunch and a cooler. There is a lot of stuff spread out, this will take a while. It is a scenic drive and location, enjoy them. Be prepared to walk a bit.
When you register you will receive a roll of stickers. When you see something you want, sticker it with your first name and last initial. If your sticker is the only one at sale time, we negotiate a price. More than one sticker, you will bid with each other. Anything with blue masking tape or blue bailing twine is not for sale
I will make the rounds between the zones from 10:30 to noon. Zone items description at the bottom of this page.
Barn

Garage
You will know what zone I am working in by the sound of the clown horn. I will start auctioning around noon at the barn,
I will take cash for buckets/piles of the smaller items, texting or calling names on stickers, and answer questions about bigger items. I will have helpers you can ask questions, we'll all be in Dayglo vests.
At noon I will go zone by zone starting at the barn and deal with bigger items, you will be alerted by spastic clown horn followed by me hollering the zone name. I will deal with smaller items first to give folks time to gather. All sales are cash, all sales are as is , all sales are final. I have a forklift to help you load larger items, but may not be available to do so until after sales are completed. You are responsible for hauling off your purchases. Bring rachet straps and rope if you want bigger items.
